The Belgian ship mortgage registry, also called "ship registry" or "registry", is established at B-2000 Antwerp, Italiëlei 4 - bus/box 3

The business of the ship registry is to register ships under Belgian flag, to record property interests and other rights in rem in ships as well as mortgages, arrests and other charges against ships, and to issue certificates related to these registrations and entries.
The site aims at guiding you through the main aspects of the procedure of ship registration in Belgium.
Documents can only be downloaded by registered users. Registration does not entail any commitment on the part of the users. The information given by the registered users will be treated discreetly and confidentially in accordance with the Belgian privacy legislation.
