Mortgage registry fees are fixed by a royal decree of 18 September 1962; this decree has been amended several times since.

Ship mortgage registry fees are dealt with in article 5 of this decree.

As of January 1st, 2012, the main fees are as follows:
  • for registration of ship (registration of document of title):0.068 % over the price of the ship
  • for registration of ship mortgage deed: 0.068 % over amounts to be secured
  • for bareboat charter registration of ship: 1346.01 EUR per year of charter period
  • for the cancellation of a mortgage registration: 0,068% x 1/5 over the secured amounts.

Lonen - Tarief

De hypothecaire lonen zijn geregeld in een koninklijk besluit van 18 september 1962, zoals sindsdien herhaaldelijk gewijzigd; het artikel 1 is niet van toepassing op de scheepshypotheken.

De juiste bedragen van de vanaf 1 januari 2012 toepasselijke lonen kunnen worden geraadpleegd en gedownload vanop deze site (zie: Downloads > Dutch-Nederlands > Tarief van scheepshypothecaire lonen).
De voornaamste lonen bedragen:
  • voor de registratie van het zeeschip of de teboekstelling van het binnenschip (de inschrijving van de eigendomstitel): 0,068 % op de prijs van het schip;
  • voor de inschrijving van een scheepshypotheek: 0,068 % op de in te schrijven bedragen in hoofdsom en toebehoren;
  • voor de inschrijving van een vreemd zeeschip in het rompbevrachtingsregister: 1346,01 EUR per jaar rompbevrachting;
  • voor de doorhaling van een scheepshypotheek: 0,068 % x 1/5 x de ingeschreven bedragen in hoofdsom en toebehoren.

Les salaires hypothécaires ont été fixés par arrêté royal du 18 septembre 1962, tel que modifié à de nombreuses reprises depuis lors ; l’article 1er ne s’applique pas aux hypothèques maritimes et fluviales.

Les montants exacts des salaires applicables à partir du 1er janvier 2012 peuvent être consultés et téléchargés à partir de ce site (voyez: Downloads > French-français >Tarif des salaires...  ).

Voici les salaires les plus importants :

  • pour l’enregistrement d’un navire de mer ou pour l’immatriculation d’un bateau d’intérieur ( inscription du titre de propriété): 0,068 % sur le prix du navire ou bateau;
  • pour l’inscription d’une hypothèque maritime ou fluviale: 0,068 % sur les montants à inscrire en principal et accessoires;
  • pour l’inscription d’un navire étranger dans le registre des affrètements coque nue: 1346,01 EUR par année de la période de l’affrètement coque nue;
  • pour la radiation d’une hypothèque maritime ou fluviale: 0,068 % x 1/5 x les montants inscrits en principal et accessoires.
