Today, the Belgian official gazette (Moniteur belge / Belgisch Staatsblad) has published the German translation of the Belgian Code of commerce, which contains, inter alia, the Belgian maritime act. An extract from this publication that relates to rights in rem on vessels and to ship mortgages and to their registration, is attached herewith. Het Belgisch Staatsblad maakt vandaag de Duitse vertaling bekend van het Wetboek van koophandel, waarvan titel I van boek II (de zeewet)  betrekking heeft op de zakelijke rechten en hypotheken op schepen en op hun bekendmaking. Een uittreksel uit de Duitse vertaling van de zeewet wordt bijgevoegd.
Aujourd'hui, le Moniteur belge publie la traduction allemande du Code de commerce. Le titre Ier du livre II (la loi maritime) de ce Code traite notamment des droits réels sur les navires et des hypothèques maritimes et de leur publicité.
